NAEGA is the UK representative body for adult guidance practitioners. Their quarterly newsletter News & Views, kept their members informed on issues in the adult guidance field.

As part of an expansion of member services on their website, they decided to move News & Views over to an electronic format.

Tasks and outcomes

Working with a copywriter, we developed an editorial style with news snippets leading to full stories on the website. The newsletter also highlights selected member services, such as special pricing on insurance.

The response from NAEGA members has been very positive: “I just wanted to let you know that I think the new newsletter format is fantastic! Really clear, professional and user friendly!”
