Brief

West Lothian Drug and Alcohol Service's Young People's Referral Project suffered from their image - the name sounded too official and the word referral had bad connotations. Our task was to create a new identity for the project.

Outcome

We renamed the project Back on Track and worked on imagery and wording that fitted the age range of the target group. The result has been a thirty percent increase in referrals.
