Scottish Recovery Network

Experts by Experience

Hosted by Penumbra, a mental health charity, the Scottish Recovery Network is a partnership with the Scottish Govenment's Mental Health Division.

For many years people who experience mental health problems have described the importance of support from others who have had similar experiences. The Experts by Experience guidelines were created to help the development of such peer worker roles in the mental health sector.

We designed the guidelines workbook with a spriral bind, allowing it to lay open and flat when in use. Two-colour printing was chosen for the inside to keep down costs, but a full colour cover shows to best effect the painting commissioned from Lorraine Nicholson.
